2. Information We Collect
We may collect account identifiers, email address, user ID, profile details, app preferences, language settings, device information, approximate usage information, crash logs, diagnostic data, support messages, and purchase or subscription entitlement status.
Veloura may collect and process chat messages, AI conversation history, character interaction data, user-provided memories, and personalization signals that are needed to provide the AI chat experience.
If push notifications are enabled, we may process device push tokens and notification preferences.
If advertising is enabled, advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, device information, and ad interaction data according to their own policies.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage accounts, provide AI chat features, personalize conversations, remember user preferences, maintain app security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot technical issues, process subscriptions, deliver notifications, respond to support requests, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.
We may use aggregated or anonymized information to understand app performance and improve product quality.
4. AI Processing
Veloura uses AI services to generate chat responses. Your messages and relevant conversation context may be sent to AI infrastructure so that the app can respond to you.
Do not share sensitive personal information, financial information, medical information, legal information, passwords, or information about other people in chat messages.
AI responses may be inaccurate or fictional and should not be treated as professional advice.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Veloura may offer paid features through Google Play. Payment processing and subscription management are handled by Google Play.
We may receive subscription entitlement status, purchase identifiers, product identifiers, transaction status, and related account-linked data needed to unlock paid features.
Deleting your Veloura account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. To cancel, open Google Play Store > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions > Veloura > Cancel subscription.
6. Third-Party Services
Veloura may use third-party providers for authentication, cloud hosting, database storage, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, push notifications, subscription validation, email delivery, and AI model processing.
These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies and may operate in countries outside your country of residence.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and operate backups.
If you delete your account, eligible account data and associated app data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless we need to retain limited information for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, accounting, or compliance reasons.
Backup and security records may remain for up to 90 days before deletion or anonymization.

You can request deletion directly in the app from Settings > Account > Delete Account, when available.

Deletion may include account identifiers, profile data, chat history, app preferences, feedback messages, push notification tokens, and account-linked Pro entitlement data.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data.

10. Children
Veloura is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law. Do not use Veloura if you are not old enough to consent to digital services in your country.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
12. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
