Data that may be deleted
Deleted data may include account identifiers, profile data, chat history, app preferences, feedback messages, push notification tokens, and account-linked Pro entitlement data.
Limited retention
Some data may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, accounting, or compliance reasons. Retention depends on the applicable obligations and the verified deletion scope.
Google Play subscription
Deleting your Veloura account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. To cancel: Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Veloura > Cancel subscription.
